Citi, Caterpillar capital actions

Citi, looking at a cost of capital @ 8.72%. Expensive.

NEW YORK, May 15 (Reuters) - Citigroup Inc (C.N) on Friday launched its $2 billion 10-year non-guaranteed note sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. The non-guaranteed notes are expected to yield about 562.5 basis points over U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.
