The Chrysler Saga enters the hilarious phase...



AlphaNinja - The main reason the Department of Justice inappropriately (illegally?) pressured the Supreme Court to IGNORE the Chrysler creditors was the premise that a delay in the 363 asset sale would jeopardize the proposed sale to Fiat.

Today the Chrysler bondholders have used the Fiat CEO's words to defend their case that the deal is not in jeopardy - maybe the dumbest moment of this man's (professional) life. This is awesome (from the nytimes dealpage):
