Tuesday Premarket

AlphaNinja - Futures are indicating a positive start for US markets, looking to open up about two thirds of a percent. DuPont, Coca-Cola, Merck and Caterpillar beat earnings estimates, to name a few this morning. Also due to report today are Yahoo, Apple and Starbucks.

Bernanke off to congress to defend the Fed's independence. Should be informative.

California legislators appear to have reached an agreement over the $26billion budget gap.

NYC storefront vacancies are at their highest levels in some time, and rising.
