Wednesday premarket

AlphaNinja - Markets down half a percent in premarket trading. Yahoo (YHOO) and Microsoft (MSFT) agree to a long-awaited 10 year search deal, yet the monetary benefits to Yahoo have some disappointed, sending shares down 7%.
