Opentable's CEO on "why they went public." (OPEN)

AlphaNinja - Sarah Lacy of TechTicker actually has a nice conversation with Opentable (OPEN) chief Jeff Jordan, until she (trying to be funny) rudely bashes the company's point system, multiple times.

As for why the company went public....drumroll... Jordan says it was to give "liquidity" to long suffering venture owners. Ummm, no &#*&! (that's only a bad word if you make it one).

I've written before about the company's hefty valuation, but wish them the best of luck...
