Tips for fixing the Post Office

AlphaNinja - The GOA (Government Accountability Office), is out with a short report on the Postal Service, laying out suggestions for improvement. The USPS is expected to lose $7billion.

The USPS needs to "right-size" itself to the realities of the changing market, but faces massive opposition from employee unions, which enjoy some of the most lavish benefits of any federal employees.
