Intraday action

US stocks are up on quiet volume, as many people celebrate Columbus Day. The DJIA is up 37points, led by the two oil majors (XOM, CVX) as crude is charging ahead.

Among gainers is Black & Decker (BDK), announcing huge upside to previous earnings expectations.

Leading the losers, Digital River (DRIV) is losing it's largest customer and KBHomes(KBH) is (yet again) being investigated by the SEC.
